Ride without any worries

The price of the bike lease always includes maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance from VAB also at your home, repairs, damage and theft insurance for free. If you choose a Premium package, all maintenance costs are unlimited.

Local bike shop network

Choose the bike around your corner, close to Bayer or at your favorite bike store anywhere in Belgium. At one of the 1,250 locally affiliated bike stores you choose your lease bike and you can also have all maintenance done there.

Cheaper than buying

A fixed low monthly rate applies during the 36-month lease period. At the end of the contract term, you can take over the bike for about 15% of the purchase price and/or lease a new one.

Register yourself

Register on the platform and fill out your details. You will then receive an email to verify your email address. Once your registration is received, HR (Foundations) will check your application. Once approved, you will receive a personalized order code by email.

Choose your bike

With your personal order code you can select any bike from a Lease a Bike bike store. Each bike store is connected to Lease a Bike's digital platform and can immediately enter your bike and your service and insurance package into the system.

Agree to the terms and conditions

Bike leasing involves agreements we make with you as an employer such as the monthly lease amount, what in case you leave early, etc. All agreements and conditions are contained in an addendum. You sign this addendum digitally when you select your bike in the bike store.

Ride your lease bike

If the bike store has the bike in stock, you get it home with you immediately and your insurance starts immediately when you enter your personal Lease a Bike PIN at the bike store. From then on, you ride the bike without any worries. For a term of 36 months, the agreed lease amount is deducted monthly from your gross salary.
